Please meet the Rochester Homeopath Nurses of 1909. The Rochester Homeopathic Hospital School of Nursing opened December 1 of 1889. Under Eva Allerton, the hospital's superintendent, the school became a leader in the professionalization of nursing. Miss Ida Jane Anderson became the first Registered Nurse in New York State. The school closed in 1978 after graduating 2,063 Registered Nurses. Together, united, we will reopen many Homeopathic hospitals and schools! Iman !
