ACUTE RESCUE : A lady 35, hypertensive,on t/t, ht 5' 4", wt-70kg, suddenly had severe pain in Rt leg below the knee, and could not walk at all, confined to bed. ACUTE RESCUE : A lady 35, hypertensive,on t/t, ht 5' 4", wt-70kg, suddenly had severe pain in Rt leg below the knee, and could not walk at all, confined to bed. On examination, mild tenderness of calf muscles, asked her to walk, and she could walk only with support, with a limp.No h/o injury, no discoloration of affected part, mild swelling if at all.
