ACUTE RESCUE : A lady of 40 yrs presented with severe burning sensation in the right hand, for the past one hour. "An hour ago I had chopped few chillies on the chopping board, after that I watered the plants in my garden and then I washed my hands and applied hand cream, and there came this severe burning sensation in my right hand as if my hand is on fire, I suspect those mischievous chillies.
