ACUTE RESCUE : A young lad 19 yrs, obese, fair presented with choking sensation, all choked up inside head after suffering from cold and cough for the past 5 days.On Diwali night (26th Oct) went on the rooftop to burst crackers,at 12 in the night, it was cold there,next night again burst the leftover crackers night;complaints started with sneezing and nasal discharge,throat irritation.Has taken Puls 30, Nux 30 from his box of hom. medicines without any significant relief,took a tab of Paracetamol on 2 nights.Now says I feel I cannot breathe, neither chilly nor hot,not much thirsty too, but feeling very uneasy due to this choking sensation.Please rescue this lad with the similimum remedy.
