A male child aged 7 yrs, of poor economic status, was brought by mother, said -

" See Dr, he studies in a boarding school for the economically backward in the mountainous regions of Uttarakhand India, he has this severe itching over whole body and he is crying so much that I got so disturbed, so I brought him to you, as evening approaches he starts scratching wildly and after scratching starts crying, probably it pains, the nights are difficult to endure , he won't sleep, will just go on scratching."

His trunk part front and back were covered with reddish crusts after scratching, and his both hands were covered with eruptions and cracks, specially the interdigital areas, (in between the fingers). Now rescue her .
