A plump baby girl of 3 years loves to drink tangy juices and aerated drinks, will binge on chocolates for a day, will ask for frooti the sour drinks, even with her meals, presented with severe pain abdomen and no bowel movement for the past 2 days, a history of a lumpy liquid diarrhoea a few days ago. As I looked at her and gave her a smile, she started to whine and howl , only pacified with the mother, and anybody else touching her or looking at her and she w'd go howl howl and howl, and when she started to cry ,I put a torchlight in her mouth and got the clue to my remedy.
