A girl child of 1 yr presented with severe pain abdomen after eating cake in the morning, she is tossing and turning and howling due to severe pain-colic in the abdomen. After the cake , has not eaten anything or taken water. No vomit, just the severe colic, stools are well formed, not loose. Kindly
