In India this plant is called Kubeakshi, Nata- Karanja. The first prover of this remedy was K.K. Bhattacharjee. It's also called the Devil's testicles. Caesalpinia B seeds It is used for Fever and Headaches. Headaches which feel better by wrappeing and by pressure. When you are depressed and lack the enthusiasm to do anything. Pain in the eyes, whichis releived by cold application. Tongue coated white, bloodless and a thirst for cold water. Enlargement of the liver and spleen. Painful to touch and craving for boiled rice, meat and other hard food. An aversion to liquid food. Gurgling in the lower abdomen. A fever that appears with a slight chill, at around 8 am to 10 am. The interesting point to note that there is no thirst when the fever comes in the afternoon but thirst when it comes in the morning. And after the fever has passed, the patient feels extremely listless, disinclined even to talk, and likes to sleep. The skin feel dry and there are small eruptions which look like mosquito bites.
