WHAT'S THE REMEDY: I cannot bear to smell cigarettes though I am addicted to them. I have a rattle in my chest but can't expel the phlegm. I've asthma and I vomit, whenever I have a cough. I feel prickly all over, I dream my arms cut off. XX Breda
