Doctor, I have this strange feeling, that I want to jump out of bed when I am lying down, and sometimes even out of the window. I have this burning in the throat and great difficulty in swallowing. Just about an hour after I have a good meal I vomit so violently. My mother used to tell me that as a child when would go unconscious and would lie stretched. I just couldn't drink milk. My parents would just not understand that. I am so restless, and filled with anguish that i start to weep so easily. My head feels like it is in a vice. What's my remedy?
