I call them breakfast bars as they are perfect for grabbing and eating on the go but you can also enjoy them as a snack any time of day. Full of good fats and energy.

Makes: 12 small squares

Prep: 10 mins

Cooking: 20-25 mins

150g oats 100g dates 2 tbsp agave syrup 20g ground almonds 4 tbsp coconut oil 3 tbsp mixed seeds 1 banana Pinch of cinnamon

Method

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend together. Keep a few chunky pieces, it doesn’t have to be super smooth. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture and smooth out to about 1cm thick. Place in oven for 20-25 mins. Once cooked and a nicely golden, remove and leave to cool. Keeps in fridge for about 5 days. Enjoy!Ba
